I just bought a 10 year old wireless PCI adapter card for my old (but still good) Lenovo ThinkCentre M55e computer. I installed the card and Windows 7 (64-bit) detects it as the Ethernet Adapter with a question mark and I am unable to find the right driver to make it work! I formatted my ThinkCentre PC and installed Windows XP (32-bit) and a driver I found on the internet immediatelly recognised the adapter and I had a wireless connection. Then I reinstalled Windows 7 x64 again and the driver didn't work - it's was all just like before. Anyone has any idea how to make that PCI wireless adapter work in Windows 7 x64? If there's no Win7/64 driver, do you think there could be a certain Windows Update that would solve the problem?
